The ::RHD:: Women's Belted Bell Collar is scripted with both Open Collar scripts that work in conjunction with the RLV (Restrained Live Viewer) abilities enabled, as well as a script that plays a jingling bell sound as the wearer walks. This option has an on/off feature that toggles with a simple command in open chat. The collar is lovingly crafted with highly detailed stitched leather textures and a shiny silver buckle and bell.
